Women’s American Flag Football Federation (WAFFF) games are
played 8-on-8 full contact. Full contact is briefly defined as eight players on the field,
three of which are on the offensive line who are ineligible to receive the ball, and
whose goal it is to protect the quarterback and an immediate rush by the defense.
Blocking is permitted at all times.
